My absolute favorite photo from the Cebu album.. via Cebu’s Multicab which serves as their PUJ.

Manila has their jeepney, Cebu presents you with Multicab. Only recently, I learned that there’s city ordinance in Cebu that prohibits multi-cab drivers to play the radio. Thus when you ride within the city, it’s either a silent ride or a merry chat of Cebuanos that you can hear.
