What keeps me happy these days.
I was one of the many who purchased Vivitar EZ35 from CashCashPinoy. It was completely an impulse buy, but the deal was too hard to pass up!
Just yesterday, I went to Mega to have my first film processed and I (disappointingly) got only 7 decent pictures out of the supposedly 24. The reason behind this mishap was that I took indoor pictures most of the time, which I shouldn’t have done because the camera doesn’t have a flash. What a noob. LOL.
But! The seven pictures turned out pretty good. The camera totally gave the vintage look that I was expecting.
I’ll be off to Cebu in two weeks and I can’t wait to use this whilst at the beach!
PS. I have yet to scan the 7 pictures.

This is a freebie you get when you purchase three Zombadings 1: Patayin sa Shokot si Remington movie tickets.
I watched the movie yesterday with my workmates and this movie is all sorts of cuteness! It was so fun to watch from start to finish. The cast is superb (John Regala as a gay dad? Awesome!) and the acting is great (Martin Escudero, the Eugene Domingo, the Roderick Paulate).
I wish film producers would create more movies like this. Sometimes, it sucks that we only get to see quality films during Cinemalaya and whenever Star Cinema celebrates their anniversary.

Things I Love Thursday

It’s summer vacation, I’m bored and it’s a Thursday so I am sharing with you, a few of the things that I love. In no particular order:

My iPod. Who I recently named Rob Fleming. Don’t know who he is? Then Google. I know iTouch, iPad and iPhone is trending today but I swear by my iPod classic. It practically stores all of my music and I find it very convenient that I don’t need to upload different playlists like I do with my previous mp3 player.

Flip Flap. This little toy sways left to right like a plant swaying with the wind. This is powered by solar panels so it is totally economical. And yes, I am a sucker for cute things like this. Pretty flower <3

Apple’s Lomo Lomo App. I don’t have an iPhone but I love this app to bits. Especially its Action Sampler camera.

Cheap(er) coffee. I know 70+ is still pricey for a blended coffee but when you are used to paying a hundred bucks more for the same kind, then a half-price discount will definitely put a smile on your face. Look, Mary Moon on my cup (Rock!). Thank you, Happy Hour!

My favorite purchase from my recent Baguio trip, among strawberries, sweet tamarinds and vegetables; is this bonsai. This is incredibly cheap and has pretty leaves. All I have to do is water them everyday and prune them once in a while.

Lately, everything around me seems to be falling apart one by one and I cannot help but attribute all these crap to my indecisiveness.
Will I be experiencing this had I made that decision? I’ll never know.
Good thing for books, internet (!) and tv, I was able to get my mind off stressful things. And this week was payout week too, and I was able to buy essential wants including that cutie patootie flash drive shown above.
Also, I saw one of my kuyas earlier today and talked about random stuff.
Anyway, school year is about to end and for us, that means more workload than we can handle. I just hope that before the academic year ends, work will be less stressful.
